Flow CytometryBrian Tilton (Email, 617-495-0676), Patricia Rogers (Email, 617-496-8453), and Mandy Tam (Email, 617-384-5020) are responsible for training and support on the Bauer Core’s flow cytometry sorters and analyzer. Sequencing, Home-made Microarrays, Real-Time PCR, and RoboticsChristian Daly is responsible for training and support on sequencing, homemade microarrays (printing, hybridizing and scanning), real time PCR, the QBot, the Biomek, the Caliper Cell Station, and the Plate Readers (Email, 617-496-7105). Miscellaneous Equipment (Automation and others)Claire Reardon is the Bauer Core’s Lab Manager. She helps users choose the right instrumentation for their project and directs prospective users to the proper staff member for training. She is responsible for training and support on various instruments, including the Tecan, AutogenPrep 965, ABI6100, Hydroshear, and plate washer (Email, 617-384-7913).
