Flow Cytometry

Function

We provide access to analytical flow cytometry and cell sorting equipment. Users may be trained to perform their own analysis on our LSRII or Fortessa. Sorting services are provided by the core facility on our FACSAria, MoFloXDP and MoFlo Legacy instruments. Laboratories that require sorting on a frequent basis can be trained to run the FACSAria themselves.

Location

The Flow Cytometry Core Facility is located at:
The FAS Center for Systems Biology
Northwest Lab
Room B239
52 Oxford St,
Cambridge, Massachusetts  02138
